Designing a Holistic Employee Listening Strategy
Designed an enterprise employee listening strategy anchored in “Moments That Matter” across the employee lifecycle. The strategy established clear governance, prioritization criteria, and survey cadence to ensure employee feedback was actionable, business-relevant, and aligned to key workforce outcomes rather than collected for its own sake.
Burnout Risk Modeling Using Engagement Survey Data
Used enterprise engagement survey data to model burnout risk across the corporate workforce by translating survey responses into diagnostic risk dimensions tied to business outcomes. The analysis identified early indicators of burnout that precede disengagement and highlighted which organizational factors most strongly contribute to burnout risk across employee populations
Corporate Occupational Health Tool
Designed an enterprise-ready occupational health assessment that integrates validated measures of stress, autonomy, work–nonwork interaction, and well-being to help leaders identify actionable organizational risk drivers beyond engagement scores.
