The Audit Tool is intended for use by an internal auditor in the assessment of corporate staff across a range of positions in non-management and lower management roles. This tool is designed specifically for roles within the corporate environment.

Challenge
A recent employee engagement survey indicated that specific factors of the employee experience were creating struggle for employees. However, the current assessment tools didn't provide sufficient insight to determine the root cause(s) of these concerns.
Action
Constructs measured are occupational stress, job autonomy, work-nonwork interaction, organizational health, well-being, and perceived social support.
The table to the left details the specific constructs being measured by the Audit Tool, the scales for each construct, reliability and validity information, and the exact references for each scale. Scales for each construct were selected based on sufficient reliability scores (Cronbach’s alpha), validity evidence, and prevalence of use in the research.
