My Story
I am a talent management professional with 10+ years of experience in talent and program assessment, driving performance, action planning, data analysis and trends, and employee engagement. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to the science behind human behavior in the workplace. How to improve performance while also increasing engagement. How behavior can be modified through strategic and employee-forward programs and initiatives. I'm passionate about finding the intersection of business needs and employee well-being. A positive employee experience translates into a positive customer experience, which often leads to increased profitability.
What I love most about my work is the ability to design a positive employee experience that benefits both the company & the individual through data analysis, research, assessment & survey development, human & organizational behavior, and business strategy.
As a self-proclaimed "forever learner", I strive to stay up to date on the latest trends and research on Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as workplace trends. My focus with is always to take what I learn and apply it to enhance employee performance and the employee experience in an innovative yet practical way.
My expertise in initiating organizational culture programs and conducting needs analysis have allowed me to create impactful programs in recruiting, engagement, and performance. I am proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and change management. Finally, I have a proven track record of improving the employee experience through interdepartmental collaboration and data-driven recommendations.

I hold an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in International Business & French.
