My Story

I’m a people science practitioner who specializes in turning workforce insight into action.

My work is grounded in behavioral science principles and analytics, applied to improve employee experience, process effectiveness, and organizational impact. Earlier in my career, much of my work involved building dashboards, surveys, and analyses to help leaders understand what was happening across their organizations. Over time, I saw a recurring pattern: even strong data and well-designed insights rarely lead to meaningful improvement unless they are intentionally connected to how decisions are made and how work actually gets done.

That realization reshaped my focus.

Today, my work centers on applying people science to help organizations move from information to impact. I design insight-driven systems that integrate employee feedback, measurement, process design, and continuous improvement—so organizations can learn, adapt, and improve in sustainable ways.

What I love most about my work is the ability to design a positive employee experience that benefits both the company & the individual through data analysis, research, assessment & survey development, human & organizational behavior, and business strategy.

As a self-proclaimed "forever learner", I strive to stay up to date on the latest trends and research on Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as workplace trends. My focus with is always to take what I learn and apply it to enhance employee performance and the employee experience in an innovative yet practical way.

My expertise in initiating organizational culture programs and conducting needs analysis have allowed me to create impactful programs in recruiting, engagement, and performance. I am proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and change management. Finally, I have a proven track record of improving the employee experience through interdepartmental collaboration and data-driven recommendations.

The unique value I bring to your organization is my ability to provide evidence-based strategy and using data to not only tell a story about current trends but also use these insights to propel actionable recommendations.

I hold an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in International Business & French.

I approach people science as a decision-support and improvement discipline, not an analytics or reporting function.

I start with questions like:

  • What experience or outcome are we trying to improve?

  • Where are friction, inefficiencies, or unintended consequences showing up?

  • What evidence would meaningfully inform better decisions?

From there, I apply behavioral science, analytics, and process design to clarify problems, test assumptions, and design solutions. This may include developing measures, assessments, or predictive models—but always with a focus on interpretability, ethics, and real-world use.

The most effective people science work, in my experience:

  • Combines scientific rigor with practical constraints

  • Makes tradeoffs explicit rather than hiding them in metrics

  • Is embedded into workflows and decision processes

How I Approach the Work

From Insight to Improvement

While much of my early work emphasized understanding workforce data, my focus has increasingly shifted toward improvement and systems thinking.

This includes:

  • Applying continuous improvement principles to people processes and analytics workflows

  • Designing feedback loops that translate employee input into visible action

  • Improving process efficiency while protecting experience and equity

  • Building measurement into how work evolves, not just how it’s reported

Rather than optimizing isolated metrics, I focus on enabling learning—helping organizations continuously improve how they design, measure, and manage work.

How I Add Value

I’ve delivered impact both as a hands-on senior practitioner and through leading others, and I adapt my approach based on what the work and the organization need.

In practice, this means owning complex problems end-to-end—framing the right questions, applying people science and analytics, and translating insight into action. I partner closely with leaders and teams, balancing rigor, speed, and judgment in ambiguous environments, and focusing on solutions that are practical, ethical, and sustainable.

Whether operating as an independent expert or as a people leader, my goal is the same: to help organizations learn, improve, and make better workforce decisions over time.

What Guides My Work

A few principles consistently shape how I approach my work:

  • Behavioral science and evidence applied to real problems

  • Improvement over explanation alone

  • Systems and sustainability over one-time solutions

  • Ethical, transparent use of data, models, and assessments

My goal is to help organizations create better ways of understanding and improving the employee experience and the systems that shape it.

I’m interested in work that values evidence, judgment, and continuous improvement—and that treats people science as a tool for learning and impact.
